About Vince Waldron Playwright, director and Emmy-winning writer Vince Waldron is a founding member of The Instant Theater. He wrote and directed the company's long-running comedy, "American Splendor," as well as the darkly comic "Confessions of a Ladykiller," which won two Dramalogue Awards, for writing and direction, and a pair of Ovation nominations. Vince launched his theatrical career as a performer at Paul Sills' Story Theatre of Chicago, and was a member of the Second City National Touring Company and Second City, ETC. Vince is also the author of three books, including the definitive study of TV's Dick Van Dyke Show, and Be My Baby, the bestselling autobiography of pop legend Ronnie Spector. |
