About Paul Dooley
A veteran of Second City's New York company, Paul Dooley later played Felix Unger during the original run of "The Odd Couple" on Broadway. The National Board of Review awarded Paul their Best Supporting Actor award for his portrayal of the long-suffering dad in "Breaking Away," and he was a longtime member of Robert Altman's stock company, with roles in "Popeye,""A Wedding,""A Perfect Couple," and "Health," which he also co-wrote. More recently, Paul has appeared in a string of Christopher Guest comedies and as Cheryl's dad on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
