About Angela V Shelton
Angela V Shelton can be heard as Monie on the acclaimed Oxygen/BET animated series, "Hey Monie!" and as a co-host of Sirius satellite radio's "Negro Nightly News in the Morning." With her comedic partner Frances Callier, Angela is one-half of the performing unit known as Frangela. Angela's other credits include "Mr. Show," as well as hosting the Emmy-winning "The Cheap Show." Angela's other credits include Bravo's "Significant Others" and the Oxygen network's "Girls Behaving Badly." A veteran of Second City's Detroit, Chicago and Toronto companies, Angela is the only actor to have appeared as a resident performer on every one of the illustrious company's three main stages.
